The presence of plant-parasitic nematodes causing crop loss every year had been overlooked in the existing fruits, vegetables and flowers cultivation system Bangladesh. Therefore, study was conducted to isolate identify plantparasitic from soil infected plant-parts fruits (banana, orange), (pointed gourd, tomato brinjal) flower (gerbera) districts Jashore, Jhenaidah, Gazipur Sylhet during 2017-18 2018-19 cropping seasons. A total 68 samples which 20 fruit samples, 45 3 were collected observed for nematode infestation. Baermann funnel method used extract active plant parts Cobb’s isolation samples. Different morphological structures viz. esophagus, median bulb, basal intestine, reproductive (vulba, bursa), etc. nematodes. To Meloidogyne spp. root knot tomato, brinjal gerbera, juvenile larvae J2 perineal pattern female used. six genera identified all them under order Tylenchida. Tylenchorhynchus sp., Tylenchus Hoplolaimus Helicotylenchus Pratylenchus sp. root-knot nematode, incognita recorded first time gerbera Bangladesh.
